Why isn't there a fixed per-student price?
Implementations vary by scope. Factors like the number of schools, integration requirements (custom SIS, rostering, data warehouses), professional development needs, and desired support levels all affect pricing. We build proposals to ensure the lowest total cost of ownership for your requirements, not a one-size-fits-all number.
Can I pay with a Purchase Order (PO)?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and can provide W-9s, quotes, and invoices formatted for your district's procurement process. Net-30 payment terms are standard.
How long does implementation take?
Most schools are live within 5 days, including SIS integration, SSO configuration, data migration, and staff training. Complex enterprise deployments with custom integrations may take longer depending on scope.
