What changes the price

1

Enrolled students

The main factor. Pricing is per student, and the rate goes down as enrollment goes up.

2

Products

Access alone, Access + Success, or Complete with the nXu curriculum.

3

Integrations

Standard SIS sync and Google sign-in are included. Custom rostering, single sign-on, and data warehouse feeds are scoped per district.

4

Training and support

Live training for your staff is included. Large networks can add on-site sessions and a response-time commitment.

How schools fund it

Districts and networks pay for Overgrad from several sources. These are the ones we see most often. Your grants manager can confirm which apply to you, and we can provide the cost and scope language your application needs.

Perkins V

Career and technical education funds. Overgrad's career exploration, work-based learning tracking, and pathway planning fit the career guidance and academic counseling uses of the law.

Title I

Schoolwide programs can use Title I for college and career counseling tools that serve every student in the school.

Title IV, Part A

Student Support and Academic Enrichment grants cover well-rounded education, including college and career guidance and counseling.

GEAR UP and TRIO

Federal college access grants that require tracking students into and through college. Overgrad's enrollment and persistence reporting produces the numbers these grants ask for.

State college and career readiness funds

Many states fund individual career and academic plans, FAFSA completion, or postsecondary readiness directly. Overgrad supports those requirements out of the box.

General fund and foundations

Many districts and networks pay from the general fund or with philanthropic support tied to postsecondary outcomes.

Included with every plan

Unlimited staff accounts

Every counselor, teacher, administrator, and leader. No per-seat fees.

Setup and data migration

We move your history from Naviance, SchooLinks, or spreadsheets and configure Overgrad to your approach.

Common questions

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the price depends on how many students you enroll, which products you choose, and what integrations and training you need. A 400-student school and a 40,000-student district do not pay the same rate. Send us your enrollment and you get a real number within one business day.

Can we start with Access and add Success later?

Yes. Many schools do. Districts that want to report verified enrollment and persistence to their board usually start with both, because results from the first graduating class start shaping plans for the next one right away.

Can we use the nXu curriculum without Success?

Yes. nXu can be added to Access or to Access + Success. It is a college and career readiness advisory curriculum developed with nXu, with lessons that use each student's own Overgrad data.

Can we pay with a purchase order?

Yes. We accept purchase orders and provide W-9s, quotes, and invoices formatted for district procurement. Net-30 terms are standard.

What does setup involve?

We connect your student information system, move your existing data, configure milestones and workflows to your approach, and train your staff before students log in. The timeline depends on your integrations and how many schools you have, and we agree on it in writing before you sign.

Is there a separate fee for the National Student Clearinghouse?

Enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse is part of Success. Clearinghouse reports for individual schools that do not have Success can be purchased separately. We will spell this out in your quote.
